We ship to the contiguous United States via UPS Ground. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please contact us at (800) 328-5900 prior to placing your order and a customer service representative will assist you. Please have your credit card information available when calling. Your order will then be shipped via the USPS.

Return Policy

No returns or exchanges allowed.

Big and Tall Apparel

Please note that it may take up to 4 weeks for Big and Tall apparel items to be delivered.

Defective Merchandise or Items Received In Error

In the event you receive an item due to our error or defective merchandise, we will replace it with the item originally ordered at no additional cost as long as you notify us about the issue within 14 days from the original date of shipment. Any variance from the original item purchased will be considered a return, and a new order will need to be placed. You may be asked to provide a photographic image of the item or to return it via a call tag we issue to you. If you are issued a call tag and the item is not returned within 30-days, you will be charged for the replacement.
